What is Learning Leader?
Learning Leader is an AI assistant that lives inside your Articulate Storyline course. It answers learner questions based on your course content, in real time, without sending them off to a search engine or your inbox.
Is Learning Leader just a chatbot?
No. It is not a general-purpose chatbot. It is trained exclusively on your course content and only answers questions that relate to what the learner is currently taking. If a question falls outside the course, Learning Leader either redirects or clearly says it does not know.
Can Learning Leader replace my course?
Not at all. Learning Leader enhances your existing course. It needs your content to function. It supports learning, but it does not teach on its own.
What makes it different from ChatGPT or other AI tools?
Learning Leader is not built on open-ended models. It is focused, scoped, and secure. It only pulls from your course content and responds with helpful, relevant answers. It does not guess, and it does not hallucinate.
What if my course content is outdated? Will Learning Leader fix it?
No. If your content is incorrect, Learning Leader will reflect that. However, if you send us updated materials, we can refresh the knowledge base so it stays accurate going forward.
Will it make things up if it doesn’t know the answer?
No. If the content doesn’t cover the question and it’s unrelated to the course topic, it will let the learner know and suggest getting back on track.
Integration and Setup
What tools does Learning Leader work with?
Learning Leader is purpose-built for Articulate Storyline courses published as SCORM packages. That’s where our automation shines and where setup is fastest.
Not using Storyline? We may still be able to help.
If your course was built in another tool, we can still apply Learning Leader manually. It requires a bit more effort on our end and involves an additional charge. Curious if your course qualifies? Contact us today!
How do I install it?
You send us your zipped SCORM file. We inject a small piece of code that connects Learning Leader to your course and return the course package. You re-upload it to your LMS and it works like normal, just smarter.
Do I need to rebuild or redesign my course?
No. Your course design stays exactly the same. We do not modify your visuals, structure, or settings.
What happens if I update my course content later?
It depends on how you’ve made the update. If you publish a new version of your course, we will need the updated SCORM file. Our team will reapply Learning Leader and send it back for you to upload to your LMS.
If your edits are minor, like tweaking numbers or tightening up phrasing, and you’re not republishing the course, we can update the AI’s knowledge without touching the course file.

Security and Privacy
Is learner data secure?
All learner chats are encrypted and automatically deleted after 14 days.
Where is the data stored?
All data is processed and stored on secure servers located in North America, with PIPEDA-compliant safeguards in place.
Pricing and Availability
How much does it cost?
Learning Leader starts at $599 per year for up to 50 learners or 5,000 message interactions. Higher tiers and usage bundles are available.
What if I have more learners later?
You can add message interaction bundles at any time. No need to change tiers or start over.
What is the free trial for new users?
When you upload your first course, we set it up with Learning Leader and send it back ready to use. From the moment you download it, you have 14 days to try it out with your learners at no cost. If you decide to proceed, your annual subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial. If not, you can cancel before the trial ends, and your card will not be charged.
Do I need a contract or long-term commitment?
No. Pricing is annual and transparent. There are no lock-ins or surprise fees.
Use and Experience
Can it support multiple languages?
Yes. At launch, Learning Leader supports 12 languages. Learners can ask questions in their preferred language, and the AI will respond accordingly.
What if a learner asks something off-topic?
Learning Leader gently nudges them back to course-related content. It is designed to stay focused and helpful, not wander into unrelated topics.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Learning Leader functions inside your course package, which means if your course is mobile responsive, the assistant will be too.
Does it work with video-based courses?
Yes, as long as the course is SCORM-based and built in Articulate Storyline. It works alongside all media types within the SCORM package.
What analytics are available?
An advanced analytics dashboard is planned for an upcoming tier. For now, core usage data is available through the customer dashboard for tracking interactions and general performance.
